Registration and Fees
REGISTRATION
Registration Fees include the fees for attending the two-day symposium and daily breakfast and lunch in addition to any CME and program material distributed in the meeting.
Early registration ends on May 31, 2018.
On-site registration will depend on available seating.
Note:
Please Register for the Hands-On Workshop if you plan on participating in scanning. Non-registered attendees will have the opportunity to observe during the scanning sessions.
Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing by email by May 15, 2018 and will be subject to a 50% processing fee. No refunds will be granted after this date.

Hands-On Workshops
Day 1: Thursday July 12, 4:15-5:45pm
Day 2: Friday July 13, 1:45- 3:15 pm
